Thank you for shopping with BrickLegion. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom or made-to-order items (including UV-printed minifigures) may require additional processing time. If delays occur, customers will be notified via email.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Custom Duties & International Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered production or shipping.
